the kono teamKatrien Cavents is resource manager for freelance staff.Katrien joined Belgacom in 1992 in the after-sales department. In 1995 she transferred to the Mob2 division as general co-ordinator, a division which was taken over by Proximus. A number of years later she moved to the after-sales department of Proximus. Katrien T’Jonck is recruitment manager for permanent staff and direct search.Katrien started her career in ICT in 1990. She worked was recruitment and resource manager for companies like Tree Associates, Delphy Consultants and later Admiral. For CMG and LogicaCMG she was active as planning co-ordinator for Eurocontrol, Agfa and Bayer in Antwerp and Leverkusen. Diane Lauwers is our office manager. She handles all administrative issues and is our key contact towards suppliers.After an extensive career in the security department at De Beers, with key responsibilities on staff follow-up and administration, she then worked for two years in the resource department of Cronos. Dirk Van Meir is in charge of the daily operations at KONO.After a career as consultant, he became technical director at the former Delphy Consultants in 1992. When the British Admiral acquired Delphy in 1995, he managed the Belgian division of Admiral. In 2001, after the takeover of Admiral by CMG, he assumed the role of managing director of CMG Belgium.
